By accessing or using RetroScale, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2Service Description
RetroScale provides an AI-powered sprint retrospective and planning management platform for agile teams. Features include retrospective boards, AI sprint analysis, planning poker, team health checks, and real-time collaboration tools.
3User Accounts
You must create an account to use most features of RetroScale. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
4Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the platform for any illegal purpose; (b) upload harmful, offensive, or unlawful content; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service; (d) create fake accounts or impersonate others; (e) use automated bots or scripts without prior written consent.
5Intellectual Property
RetroScale and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RetroScale and protected by intellectual property laws. Your retrospective data and content remain your property. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
6AI Features
Our AI analysis features are powered by third-party AI providers. AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.
7Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RetroScale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time using the account deletion feature in your Workspace Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
9Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
10Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by local law.
